When the sun is shining there is no better way to start the day than with an ice cold fruit smoothie.
Todays lovely creation was made with the following ingredients:
1 frozen banana
50g frozen cherries (or blueberries if you prefer)
1 pear (or apple)
Handful of ice
Half cup water
Squirt of agave syrup
Spoonful of oatbran
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
This one really tastes delicious, is fruity and refreshing and fills you up. The ingredients make 1 pint.
A nice healthy breakfast, quick and easy to make. If you are in a hurry, pour into a flask and take it with you :)
